How to join

Increase my production

We have the space you need to manufacture your product, our health inspected shared kitchen is ideal to scale up your production, to do your own R&D in a commercial environment or for your regular production process.

Our facility includes a wide variety of appliances and utensils available for use including:

6 independent workstations with double stainless steel tables
Convection ovens
Electric and induction stoves
Electric stockpot
Electric griddles
Mixers, blenders and food processors
Proofer-warmer
Vacuum and impulse sealers
Trays and tray carts
Pots and pans
Inserts and bowls
Many utensils and more.

Our workstations can be rented at a very competitive rate that can be as low as $19 per hour. We are also able to provide you with frozen, cold and dry storage space for your ingredients and materials on a weekly or monthly basis just for a shelf or an entire rack

Many products start with a casual conversation about a household recipe or a dream to turn a weekend hobby into a real market product. Our team can transform your idea into a product that is scalable, repeatable, consistent and cost-efficient.

We work with our members to complete proof of concepts (POC) of their products where you will obtain valuable information such as batch size, process mapping, recipe yields, recipe costs, time and effort required, co-packing cost, and a finished product mockup where you can have the look and feel of your product.

Low & mid volume co-packing

Running a small business requires a lot of time and effort, in some cases, you need to decide how to use the available resources, in our health-inspected facility we can manufacture end-to-end products in a per-unit model that will allow you to concentrate on expanding your market presence, while we take care of your production process with high-quality standards.

Products manufactured in our facility can be commercialized in a wide number of stores within the province of Ontario including small chains and independent retailers; you will be able to participate in local programs including Sobeys, Foodland, Farmboys, Loblaws, Metro, etc.

Ghost kitchen

We are able to provide you with a place to bring your restaurant idea, pop-up concept or start expanding your business under a dark kitchen model.

Our Virtual Food Court allows you access to a storefront where you can adjust the hours of operations as per your needs.You will have the opportunity to try different virtual sales platforms (ubereats, skip the dishes, doordash, etc) or even accept walk-ins through the storefront with a convenient waiting area and space to showcase your menu or promotions.
